Ukrainian refugees or others who have questions related to their situation can contact our counseling service.

The telephone is operated by volunteers who speak Ukrainian, Russian, Norwegian and English. The volunteers at the Ukrainian counseling service assist refugees who have arrived in Norway by helping them to understand what is written on Norwegian government websites and providing other practical information. Others who are concerned about the refugees' situation can also get in touch.
