With us, migrant workers can get free guidance in their native language.
At the Resource Center in Nygårdsgaten 3, you can get information and guidance Monday to Thursday between 10:00 and 15:00. We can help you write your CV and give you tips and advice that will make it easier for you to find work. You can also participate in one of our Norwegian courses, which you can sign up for here. We also have a special offer for au pairs and host families.
The Norwegian language is one of the most important tools you need to succeed in Norwegian society. We offer Norwegian language courses for different levels according to the European Framework for Languages.

Do you have questions about the au pair scheme, what rights you have or what the role of a host family entails? Then contact our counseling service for au pairs and host families. They can answer questions about the scheme and life in Norway.
