At the resource center in St. Olavsgate 25, we provide advice, support and guidance on a range of issues. These include work-related challenges, legal rights in Norway, and difficulties with UDI and NAV. The center offers free help, and any information you share with us is treated confidentially through our confidentiality policy.

Our activities and offers:
The Norwegian language is one of the most important tools you need to succeed in Norwegian society. We offer Norwegian courses for different levels, including a language café, to help you learn the language and integrate into the local community. By being able to speak Norwegian, you will have a better chance of securing a job, and feel more connected to those around you.

The immigration process can be stressful and challenging. We offer mental health support to help you take care of your emotional wellbeing.
Do you have questions about the au pair scheme, what rights you have or what the role of a host family entails? Then contact our counseling service for au pairs and host families. They can answer questions about the scheme and life in Norway.

We regularly organize workshops on various topics related to employment, health and integration into Norwegian society.
Several times a year, we hold an open charity day to help families and individuals in need. The donated goods go directly to those who need them most, and can be delivered to us at St. Olavsgate 25.
You can donate these (important that they are clean and usable):
- Quality clothing for women, men and children
- Winter coats and jackets
- Bags, shoes and accessories
- Good quality dried food
- Household items
You cannot donate this:
- Stained and damaged clothing and goods
- Used beauty and hygiene products
- Kitchen utensils (such as cutlery, crockery, pots and pans - unless in new packaging)
