Welcome to our free course modules, Navigat e Norway!

Norway is one of the world's most digitalized countries, and it can be challenging to know what services are available and how to use them. Navigat e Norway gives you a free and practical introduction to important digital systems and processes, such as NAV, UDI, the Norwegian Tax Administration, Helsenorge and BankID.

In this module you will learn about the role of the UDI, how residence permits work, and how to apply for residence in Norway. Do you have a specific case with the UDI, or do you need help with registration? – Feel free to bring your PC, we will help you at the end of the course!

This module is held in Norwegian. In addition, multilingual volunteers will be present to provide extra support along the way.
Please note that to participate, you must have attended the intro module first.
