Norway is one of the most digitized countries in the world, and it can be challenging to know which services are available and how to use them. NavigateNorway gives you a free and practical introduction to key digital systems and processes, including NAV, UDI, the Tax Administration, Helsenorge, BankID, and more.

In this module, you will learn about the Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration - NAV .
We will explore what NAV is, their main responsibilities, and the kinds of support and services they provide to people living in Norway.

This module will be held in English, with multilingual volunteers available to provide extra support.
