Welcome to our free course modules, Navigat e Norway!

Norway is one of the world's most digitalized countries, and it can be challenging to know what services are available and how to use them. Navigat e Norway gives you a free and practical introduction to important digital systems and processes, such as NAV, UDI, the Norwegian Tax Administration, Helsenorge, BankID and more.

In this module you will learn about the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, NAV. Here we take a closer look at what NAV is, what responsibilities they have, and what types of support and services they offer to people living in Norway.

This module is held in Norwegian. In addition, multilingual volunteers will be present to provide extra support along the way.
Please note that to participate, you must have attended the intro module first.
